Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are shipped within 0–3 business days of receipt from our warehouse. Having said this, our aim is to process orders within 24 hours of the orders placed. Shipping quotes begin when the package leaves the warehouse. 

Orders placed after 2pm AEST Monday through Thursday will begin processing the following day.

Orders placed after noon AEST Friday and on the weekend will begin processing starting on the following Monday, unless Monday is a major holiday, at which point orders will begin processing on Tuesday.

Please note that once an order has been placed and paid for, it is sent to our warehouse for processing. As this is a third party service provider, we are unable to accommodate requests to change or cancel orders. 

 

Shipping Time Frames

Please note we ship from a regional area in NSW. 

Domestic:

Australia Post Standard Shipping: 2-6 business days

Australia Post Express: 1-4 business days

International:

International Stardard Post: 6+ business days

International Express Post: 2-4 business days between major metro areas

  

International Orders

Quoted time frames excludes time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to other causes.

Also please note that the signature on delivery service is only available to certain countries, as is the tracking.

As the world is a big place full of different rules and regulations, any customs duties that may be payable are the sole responsibility of the customer purchasing. We thank you for your understanding. Enjoy the magic of mushrooms!

 

Undelivered items

For undelivered items that are returned to us due to reasons outside of our control (eg address changes, inability to receive the order and other causes), we will refund the full value of the order minus the shipping costs and a $10 admin/processing fee. In some cases we also need to charge a return shipping fee. These charges are $10 for domestic and $30 for international shipping. In cases where the order needs to be sent again, we also charge a $10 admin/processing fee and the cost of reshipping the order. Thanks for understanding the complicated world of shipping and the cost of doing business within it :)
